When your face flushes at the smallest thing, or the redness across your cheeks and nose never quite settles, it can feel like everything you try only makes it worse. If that's you, you're in the right place. We take a calm, gentle approach to red, reactive skin, using soothing Circadia facials and comfortable Dermalux LED to help your skin look calmer and feel more settled over time.
A lot of the people we see have started to feel self-conscious about their redness, and a bit worn down by trying product after product that promises to help and doesn't. If that's you, you're not alone, and it really isn't your fault.
Redness shows up in different ways. For some it's a flush across the cheeks and nose, for others it's blotchy patches that come and go, fine thread veins, or skin that stings the moment you put something on it. Heat, cold, sun, a glass of wine, spicy food, stress and harsh skincare can all set it off. The answer usually isn't more products. It's calming things down, easing off whatever's aggravating your skin, and helping it feel comfortable again.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all routine, every first visit starts with a consultation where we look at how your skin is actually behaving and what might be setting it off, whether that's your products, the weather, stress or something you eat or drink. From there we choose calm, gentle treatments instead of the strong actives that tend to tip reactive skin over the edge.
Our Circadia facials, the Calm Restore especially, are all about soothing the look of redness and helping your skin feel comfortable and settled again. We'll often pair this with Dermalux LED light therapy, one of the gentlest, most relaxing treatments there is, with no heat, no abrasion and no downtime. And we'll help you simplify what you're using at home and spot your triggers, because red skin almost always calms down once you stop provoking it.
A gentle, soothing treatment for sensitive, reactive or redness-prone skin. We focus on calming the look of redness and helping your skin feel comfortable and settled again rather than tight and irritated.

Best for: mild redness, ongoing maintenance and anyone wanting a treatment tailored to their skin.
There are lots of reasons skin goes red. It might be naturally sensitive or reactive skin, broken capillaries, triggers like heat, cold, a glass of wine or spicy food, harsh products, or rosacea, which is a common long-term condition. A consultation helps us work out what's most likely behind yours so we can choose the right treatment for you.
It can, yes. A gentle, well-chosen facial can help calm the look of redness and leave your skin feeling more comfortable. It won't cure a medical condition like rosacea, but it can sit alongside any care from your GP or dermatologist and help your skin look and feel calmer over time.
Not quite. Sensitive skin reacts easily to products or the world around it, whereas rosacea is a specific, long-term condition that brings persistent redness, flushing and sometimes little bumps or visible vessels. Some people have one, some have both. If you think it might be rosacea, it's worth seeing your GP or a dermatologist so you know what you're dealing with.
Lots of our clients find Dermalux LED really soothing on red, reactive skin. It's gentle and drug-free, with no heat and no downtime, and it's one of our favourite ways to help skin look calmer and feel more comfortable, usually at its best as a short course.
Our go-to is the Calm Restore facial, which is built around soothing and comforting red, reactive skin, and it pairs beautifully with Dermalux LED. As with everything, your first visit starts with a consultation so we can be sure it's right for your skin and steer clear of anything that sets it off.
Please do, yes, especially if your redness is persistent, getting worse, comes with bumps or spots, or affects your eyes. Those can be signs of rosacea or another condition that's better looked at by a doctor. We're always happy to work alongside your GP or dermatologist with gentle, supportive facials.
