Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation and skin analysis. This is designed to properly understand your skin, its history and your goals. It is followed by a tailored treatment based on what your skin needs on the day. The consultation takes a little longer than a regular appointment as there is more to cover, but it is an important foundation for everything that follows.
If you have not been before, book the New Client Consultation + Signature Facial. This gives the time and space to properly assess your skin before treating it. If you are unsure and have any questions or would like a little guidance, get in touch.
Every treatment is bespoke. Your skin is assessed at the start of each appointment and the treatment is adapted to what it needs on the day. Skin changes constantly - hormones, stress, diet, environmental factors all play a part. What worked last time might not be what your skin needs this time. That is why no two treatments are ever exactly the same.
Treatments are designed around a wide range of concerns including congestion and breakouts, sensitivity and reactivity, ageing, dehydration, uneven texture, dullness and compromised barrier function. If you are not sure whether your concern can be addressed, get in touch and we'll see what's best for you.
Yes. Every treatment is adapted to your skin type and current condition. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, this is taken into account during the consultation and the products, techniques and intensity are all adjusted accordingly. Nothing is ever applied or done without understanding your skin first.
For most people, every 4 to 6 weeks works well. This aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle and allows each treatment to build on the last. Consistency is what creates lasting, visible change.
Some treatments, such as LED courses, may be scheduled more frequently to begin with, as they are designed to deliver more intensive, cumulative results. Your treatment plan will always be tailored to your specific skin needs.
It depends on the treatment and what your skin needs, but it may include deep cleansing, exfoliation, ultrasonic skin scrubbing, manual extractions, sculpting massage, lymphatic drainage, treatment masks and LED. The focus is always on improving how your skin functions rather than offering a one-off surface-level result.
This is a hands-led practice. The results come from skill, precision and technique. Sculpting, drainage, extraction, massage - these are the primary tools. Technology such as ultrasonic skin scrubbers, high frequency and microcurrent may be used where it genuinely benefits the treatment, but it supports the work rather than defines it.
Treatments are carried out using professional formulations from Circadia, alongside advanced LED phototherapy from Dermalux.
Circadia focuses on supporting the skin's natural circadian rhythms and barrier function, using ingredients that work in line with how the skin repairs, protects and renews itself. This allows treatments to target concerns while maintaining overall skin health and balance. Learn more about Circadia →
Dermalux LED phototherapy uses clinically proven wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular activity, supporting repair, reducing inflammation and improving overall skin function. Treatments are often delivered as a course, as results are cumulative and build over time.
Everything is selected and adapted based on what your skin needs on the day, ensuring treatments remain responsive, effective and in line with your long-term skin goals.
