Common questions
How is this different from the New Client Consultation?
The Skin Consultation is advice only, at £30, with no facial included. The New Client Consultation is £137 and includes a full Signature Facial alongside your skin analysis. Choose the Skin Consultation if you would like professional guidance before deciding on a treatment.
Is the £30 fee redeemable?
Yes, against a course or a microneedling treatment. If you book either following your consultation, the £30 comes off the price. It does not come off a single facial or LED session. The consultation is a piece of professional advice in its own right, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. Courses are available for Dermalux LED, at £240 for six sessions or £420 for twelve, and for microneedling, at £397 for a course of three or £157 for a single treatment. If microneedling is the right route for you, we cover suitability in this same appointment, so there is no second consultation to pay for. We will talk through what is right for your skin and plan it with you from there. If microneedling is your main reason for coming, you can book the microneedling consultation instead. It is the same £30 and the same 30 minutes, and the £30 comes off in exactly the same way.
Do I have to book a treatment afterwards?
No. Plenty of people come for a consultation, take the advice away and get on with it themselves. You will get an honest assessment and a homecare plan either way, and we will tell you if we do not think a treatment is what your skin needs.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
It is a 30-minute appointment for £30. If you go on to book a course or a microneedling treatment, the £30 comes off the price.
