The teenage years bring a lot of skin changes all at once, more oil, the odd breakout, and skin that can feel like it has a mind of its own. It can really knock confidence. Our approach is gentle and reassuring: we are not here to scrub or strip, but to help teenage skin look calmer and clearer, and to teach simple habits that genuinely help, without overwhelm or expensive routines.

What teenage skin usually needs

More often than not, the answer is less, not more. Harsh products and over-washing tend to make things worse. We focus on:

• A simple, realistic routine a teenager will actually stick to
• Calming the look of redness and breakouts, kindly
• Building good habits and confidence early

How we help

Every visit starts with a friendly chat to understand the skin and the routine so far. Treatments are kept gentle and age-appropriate, and just as importantly, your teen leaves knowing how to look after their skin at home, with honest advice and no pressure to buy a cupboard full of products. A parent or guardian is welcome to come along.

This is skincare, not medical treatment. A facial can help skin look clearer and calmer and is a great way to build confidence and good habits, but it is not a treatment for acne and will not cure it. If breakouts are persistent, painful or widespread, please see a GP or dermatologist, who can advise on medical options. We are very happy to work alongside that.
